W.T. Baldwin founder of the Butte County Title Abstract Company in 1877 and local tax collector in the late 19th Century in Butte County.
Charles F. Lott
Born in 1824, he moved to Butte County during the Gold Rush practicing law, state senator and judge.
Mary Jane Richardson
Born in 1854, she moved to Butte County at six years old. Married Pierce C. Richardson in 1879 eventually forming Richardson Springs north of Chico, California.
